Demokratie durch Au\u00dfen-, Entwicklungs- und Sicherheitspolitik weltweit verteidigen und f\u00f6rdern? Angesichts des globalen Vormarschs von nationalistischen Populisten und fortbestehender Autokratien ist diese Frage wieder relevanter geworden.
