Sie erhielt ihren Doktortitel von der <a href=\"http:\/\/dsps.ceu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central European University<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In ihrer aktuellen Forschung untersucht Seraphine die <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11135-019-00885-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sprache politischer Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger:innen<\/a> sowie das Ph\u00e4nomen des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.v-dem.net\/en\/analysis\/PanDem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8222;Pandemic Backsliding&#8220;<\/a>, d.h. des Zur\u00fcckdr\u00e4ngens demokratischer Normen und Verfahren w\u00e4hrend der Covid-19-Pandemie. Im Allgemeinen analysiert sie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.v-dem.net\/en\/data\/data\/ert-dataset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Muster in Demokratisierungs- und Autokratisierungsphasen<\/a>.
