On June 2nd at 6 pm, EDP member Benjamin Schütze will moderate a joint lecture titled “Renewable Energies, Renewed Authoritarianisms?” which will consist of presentations by Prof. Dr. Natalie Koch (Syracuse University & IASS Potsdam) – ‘After Oil: Energy Transition and Gulf Geopolitics’ and Dr. Hamza Hamouchene (Transnational Institute) – ‘Toward a Just Transition in North Africa: Dismantling Energy Colonialism’.
