Julia Leininger and Tina Freyburg participate in a panel discussion on “Possibilities and Limits of Democracy Promotion” on May 11, 2017 (University of Zurich)

On May 11, 2017 our network members Prof. Tina Freyburg (University of St. Gallen / NCCR Democracy) and Dr. Julia Leininger (DIE) will take part in the public panel discussion “The Possibilities and Limits of Democracy Promotion” which is held under the auspices of the National Centre of Competence in Research – Challenges to Democracy in the 21st Century (NCCR Democracy).

The discussion is part of the ” Democracy Challenged?!” series of public events, which is held from February to June 2017 in cooperation with DEZA in light of the imminent completion of the national research program NCCR Democracy.

Among others Dr. Thomas Greminger (DEZA), Oliver Liedtke (Westerwelle Foundation Berlin) and Dr. Felix Knüpling (Forum of Federations Ottawa) will participate in the panel discussion which will be moderated by Prof. Daniel Kübler (NCCR Democracy). The event will take place from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm at the University of Zurich in the Aula KOL G-201 and will end with an aperó.
