Between 20 March to 20 April 2023, Rebecca Wagner visited the Electoral Integrity Project and Queens University in Canada for a guest research stay. Holly Ann Garnett and Sofia Caal Lam from the Electoral Integrity Project hosted her during the stay in Kingston. Rebecca hold a presentation on citizen election observers in theory and practice together with Martyna Hoffman from the Nicolaus Copernicus University and the Political Accountability Foundation in Poland.
