From June 29 to June 30, 2018, the EDP network will host a workshop on international democracy promotion („Internationale Demokratieförderung – Stand und Perspektiven eines Forschungsfeldes”) at Lüneburg University. The workshop aims at reflecting on German research on international democracy promotion as well as at intensifying networking among German democracy promotion researchers. Participants of the workshop reflect on the state of the art of democracy promotion and on the status of democracy promotion as a research programme. Additionally, participants present current and future research projects that are discussed in the light of a joint (international) research agenda. The workshop will be held in German only.
